Compile OpenMAIA from CVS

You can download OpenMAIA from sourceforge CVS either if you are devoloper of the project or via anonymous CVS.
CVS tree contains only developement files and need to be integrated with openmaia_dev_extra tarball that contains all parts of sources that usually doesn't change.

To compile openmaia from CVS follow these steps:

Download sources from CVS:

Via anonymous CVS:

$ cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/maiaproject login
(press enter at password request)
$ cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/maiaproject co openmaia

Via developer CVS (you need to be registered as maiaproject developer)

$ export CVS_RSH=ssh 
$ cvs -z3 -d:ext:< developername >@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/maiaproject co openmaia
(enter your sourceforge password)

Download openmaia_dev_extras tarball from sourceforge page and put in INTO openmaia folder of the CVS tree
Decompress openmaia_dev_extras tarball
```
tar zxvf openmaia_dev_extras_XX.tar.gz
```
Create conifigure script using automake and autoconf. You can use bootstrap.sh script to do this or you can also invoke these commands:
```
$ autoheader-2.59
$ aclocal-1.7 -I /usr/local/share/aclocal
$ libtoolize --force
$ autoconf-2.59
$ automake-1.7 -a
```
Now run configure and compile the sources
